One of the highlights of the event was its presentation of dual career pathways that combined local opportunities with global career prospects.

In addition to offering a wide range of internships and job openings across Taichung and central Taiwan, several participating companies also introduced international positions located in overseas offices in Vietnam, China, and India. These opportunities demonstrated the growing global mobility available to business professionals and provided students with broader career options and international perspectives.

Representatives from participating companies unanimously emphasized that expectations for business and management graduates have evolved significantly in today’s rapidly changing business environment. Beyond strong professional knowledge in business and finance, employers now place greater value on candidates’ abilities to integrate knowledge across disciplines, respond effectively to challenges, and utilize digital tools in the workplace.

Students from Feng Chia University demonstrated strong enthusiasm and initiative throughout the event. Many actively engaged employers in discussions about industry trends and job requirements, while others arrived prepared with résumés in hand and submitted applications on-site in pursuit of internship and full-time employment opportunities.

The College of Business noted that it remains committed to serving as a bridge between students and industry. Through internship programs and career development events, the College helps students extend classroom learning into practical workplace experiences while gaining a clearer understanding of industry needs and future career directions.

Looking ahead, the College of Business will continue promoting industry-academia collaboration and creating opportunities for students to develop workplace competencies early, ensuring they are well prepared for future career challenges.
