Fresh off its recognition as the world’s fifth-best airline in the 2026 AirlineRatings rankings, STARLUX Airlines visited Feng Chia University on March 19 to recruit future talent. To help students align their academic preparation with industry demands and plan their career paths early, the Department of Foreign Languages and Literature organized a dedicated recruitment information session.
The event attracted more than 120 students from various disciplines, reflecting the strong interest and ambition of Feng Chia students toward careers in the aviation industry.
STARLUX assembled an experienced team of professionals for the session. Representatives from the cabin crew division introduced the realities of inflight service and passenger experience management, while specialists from airport operations and human resources provided detailed explanations of the company’s organizational structure, ground-service positions, recruitment processes, and talent expectations. The event offered students a valuable opportunity to engage directly with professionals from one of Taiwan’s leading premium airlines.
During the presentation, STARLUX representatives reviewed the airline’s key milestones and introduced its signature “Five Senses Experience” service philosophy, as well as the company’s future global expansion plans. For many students particularly interested in cabin crew careers, the session provided practical insights into job responsibilities, compensation, career development opportunities, and the challenges associated with aviation service professions.
The Department of Foreign Languages and Literature emphasized that direct engagement with industry professionals helps students better understand their strengths and transform language-related competencies developed in the classroom into practical workplace advantages.
As a special benefit for Feng Chia students, STARLUX Airlines established a dedicated application response channel specifically for participants of the information session and encouraged students interested in joining the aviation industry to apply.
