Central Taiwan’s Largest Recruitment Event — 6,200 Job Openings
Feng Chia University launched its 2024 Campus Recruitment and Career Matching Fair today (5th), continuing through the 6th, with event hours running from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Over one hundred companies are on campus providing corporate introductions and outlining their talent needs. Students may submit résumés on-site or participate in immediate interviews. In addition, 27 pre‑registered interview sessions and 13 corporate information sessions are scheduled across the two‑day event. Altogether, companies participating in the fair are offering nearly 6,200 job openings, with an average monthly salary range of NT$36,000 to NT$72,000, giving students abundant opportunities to secure ideal positions on the spot.
101 Top-Tier Companies—Including CommonWealth Top 1,000 Corporations—Recruiting at FCU
More than half of the participating companies are among the Top 1,000 Corporations selected by CommonWealth Magazine, spanning electronics and technology, manufacturing, precision machinery, construction engineering, financial services, food and beverage, and retail sectors. A total of 101 benchmark enterprises joined the event, including:

Over 6,000 Job Openings Attract FCU Students to Experience the Hiring Process
Comprehensive Career Preparation Provided by the Student Success Center
To help students get ready for recruitment season, the Student Success Center offered months of preparation courses including résumé writing, interview skills, career training workshops, and a résumé competition. Prior to the fair, the center provided intensified coaching such as résumé review and mock interviews.
After the recruitment fair, the Center will continue supporting students through career assessments, one‑on‑one counseling, additional résumé writing workshops, interview simulation, and other job‑readiness programs—running through the end of the semester.
