To connect the campus with global technological innovation, Feng Chia University (FCU) grandly hosted the “NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang Keynote Livestream Campus Party” on June 1 at Virtuosi Hall's Sheng-Jih Hall. In connection with NVIDIA GTC Taipei, the synchronized livestream allowed FCU faculty and students to witness cutting-edge advancements with zero time difference, significantly broadening their international vision for cross-disciplinary AI applications.
The event sparked massive interest, with over 600 spots quickly snapped up. To welcome the enthusiastic demand, the university opened walk-in registrations on the day of the event, showcasing the campus's high engagement with future technology. Early birds received limited lunch vouchers and exclusive NVIDIA T-shirts. Interactive booths on-site also allowed everyone to experience the excitement of AI in a vibrant, party-like campus atmosphere.

Eric Kuo-Hao Tang, Vice-President of Feng Chia University, opened the event and encouraged students to stay aligned with global cutting-edge technology trends and proactively plan their careers in artificial intelligence.
During his opening remarks, FCU Vice President Kuo-Hao Tang encouraged participants to seize this rare opportunity, emphasizing the university's commitment to extending global industry pulses to the campus so students can explore how AI will reshape future learning, industries, and career paths. To strengthen industry ties, FCU also invited June Tsai , Senior Marketing Manager of Consumer Products at NVIDIA, to share frontline perspectives. Her lively interactions and group photo session with the faculty and students added meaningful industry-academia connection to the event.
The highly anticipated keynote broadcast commenced at 11:00 a.m. Through the grand screens, FCU students and faculty joined this global tech milestone directly from campus. The audience was fully engaged, absorbing world-changing trends while reflecting on cross-disciplinary innovations and evolving learning paradigms. Following the stream, the excitement reached a climax with a lucky draw for GeForce RTX 50 Series graphics cards , drawing a perfectly energetic close to the gathering.
Feng Chia University has consistently advanced AI education through proactive blueprints. Following the January launch of its "AI Smart Innovation Foundry"—Taiwan’s first university facility featuring a large-scale deployment of flagship ASUS PRIME GeForce RTX 5080 devices—the university’s GTC guided reading session in late March also attracted nearly 300 cross-disciplinary participants. Moving forward, FCU will continue to leverage the interdisciplinary strengths of its various colleges to promote AI application and hands-on capabilities, steadily building an AI Smart Campus with distinctive Feng Chia characteristics.
