Central Taiwan’s Largest Campus Recruitment Fair Kicks Off Ahead of Graduation Season
As the graduation season approaches, Central Taiwan’s largest and first flagship campus recruitment event officially got underway. Feng Chia University’s “2026 Campus Corporate Recruitment and Matching Fair” opened on March 10 at the University’s Recreation Center, featuring a two‑day large‑scale joint exhibition.
The event brought together 113 companies, offering nearly 6,600 high‑quality job openings, with the majority of participating employers ranked among CommonWealth Magazine’s “Top 1,000 Enterprises.”
TSMC Returns for the 13th Consecutive Year, Underscoring Industry Confidence
Among the most high‑profile participants was TSMC, which this year launched 17 on‑campus recruitment events nationwide, covering nearly all of Taiwan’s leading national universities and universities of science and technology. Backed by its strong industry–academia foundation and outstanding alumni reputation, Feng Chia University was selected as one of the 17 host institutions.
Notably, this marks the 13th consecutive year that TSMC has conducted on‑campus recruitment at Feng Chia University, a testament to the University’s long‑standing strength in talent cultivation and the sustained trust it has earned from Taiwan’s flagship semiconductor leader.

TSMC, Micron Taiwan, and Leading Technology Enterprises Recruit on Campus
According to Global Views Magazine’s 2026 “Employers’ Most Preferred Universities” Survey, Feng Chia University (FCU) ranked No. 10 nationwide among all public and private universities, and No. 1 among private universities. FCU also topped the private‑university rankings in three major sectors: Engineering and Manufacturing, Non‑Listed Companies, and Construction. These outstanding results were directly reflected in the strong participation of recruiting employers.
Leading technology giants—including TSMC, Largan Precision, Micron Taiwan, Vanguard International Semiconductor, and United Microelectronics Corporation (UMC)—as well as major industry leaders such as Sinyi Realty, Taishin Financial Holding, and Li‑Ming Construction, and national‑level research institutions including the Taiwan Space Agency (TASA), all took part in on‑campus recruitment at Feng Chia University.
Participating organizations spanned a wide range of industries, including semiconductors, ICT, manufacturing, construction, financial services, real estate brokerage, and transportation and logistics, fully demonstrating the high regard that leading enterprises have for Feng Chia University graduates.

31 Dedicated Interview Sessions Accelerate the Path to “Employment upon Graduation”
In terms of compensation—one of job seekers’ top concerns—participating companies offered average monthly salaries ranging from NTD 37,500 to NTD 76,500, with top‑tier starting pay that is highly competitive in the job market. To help students transition seamlessly into the workforce, Feng Chia University’s Student Success Center has offered a series of career‑readiness workshops, including resume writing and interview skills training, since March 3.
During the two‑day recruitment fair, a total of 31 dedicated corporate interview sessions were arranged. Through a “pre‑submission, same‑day interview” matching mechanism, the process significantly reduced waiting time and created an efficient fast track from campus to career.
Recruitment Momentum Extends Through Graduation Season
Beyond the large‑scale recruitment fair, Feng Chia University has also planned a marathon series of corporate information sessions extending through the graduation season. Renowned companies—including Evergreen Marine Corporation, EVA Air, Yuanta Bank, Taishin International Bank, Tigerair Taiwan, and China Steel’s Chung‑Long subsidiary—will continue to visit campus following the main recruitment event.
Feng Chia University emphasizes that the two‑day recruitment fair not only provides graduating students with valuable interview opportunities, but also welcomes all FCU students to explore industry trends and connect early with the professional world. The event is expected to attract not only Feng Chia University students, but also students from universities across central Taiwan and job seekers from the Central Taiwan Science Park, fully demonstrating the scale and momentum of Central Taiwan’s largest campus recruitment hub.
