A Key Partner to Central Taiwan’s Industries: FCU Tops Private Universities in Industry–Academia Funding for Seven Consecutive Years, Ranking Eighth Nationwide

The Ministry of Education announced on December 28, 2023, the national statistics of various aspects of university affairs. Feng Chia University has not only received numerous recognitions for its educational achievements, but in 2022, the university’s funding for “industry–academia collaboration” exceeded NT$600 million, ranking eighth nationwide. Moreover, it has maintained its position as the top private university in Taiwan for seven consecutive years in terms of government-supported funding.

Feng Chia University Takes a Major Step Forward in Space Research! On November 12, 2023, the SHSR‑Aero1 was successfully launched, making Feng Chia University the first institution in Central Taiwan to enter the field of scientific research rockets.

Professor Yu‑Chih Lin of the Department of Automatic Control Engineering at Feng Chia University has been awarded the 2023 Future Tech Award for developing a Made‑in‑Taiwan intelligent electronic suspension system.

Feng Chia University offers the nation’s only Post‑Baccalaureate Program of Net Zero and Smart Sustainability, providing students with professional knowledge in net‑zero carbon reduction and smart manufacturing management.
