"Hey, where’s the ___?"
— a phrase we often blurt out in our daily lives.
"Where’s the ruler? The cutter? The site? The driveway entrance…?"
This simple question has echoed throughout our five years in architecture school—and perhaps throughout our lives.
From tools in our hands to the site in our minds, from orientation on a sheet of trace to the issues we’ll face in the future—
every act of asking has shaped our yearning for the unknown.
We often say that design is a process of seeking answers,
but the beauty of architecture lies in the fact that there is no single correct one.
The 114th class of Architecture at Feng Chia University adopts this open-ended question as the theme of our graduation exhibition.
By leaving a blank—"___"—we embrace ambiguity, diversity, and possibility.
This blank represents the unique direction pursued by each of the 150 graduates, presented through 105 projects.
Through this exhibition, we hope to share with the world the diverse people, events, and experiences that have interwoven over the past five years—
and the personal "answers" each of us has arrived at.
