All 7 departments of Feng Chia University passed the 2024 IEET International Engineering Education Certification.

"Institute of Engineering Education Taiwan" IEET announced that the school's Department of Civil Engineering, Department of Industrial Engineering and Systems Management, Department of Materials Science and Engineering, Department of Transportation and Logistics, Department of Mechanical and computer-Aided Engineering, Department of Environmental Engineering and Science, and the Department of Fiber and Composite Materials, have all passed the 2024 International Engineering Education Certification, reaffirming the university's teaching quality in the field of engineering and cultivating industries.

With the continuous efforts of each department and the cooperation of the Teaching Quality Center of the Office of Academic Affairs, the university's performance has been unanimously recognized by the certification team.

Since 2005, our university has actively participated in IEET departmental certifications. IEET focuses on student learning outcomes, assessing graduates' core competencies to ensure the quality of education in departments. This aligns with the CDIO (Conceive, Design, Implement, Operate) teaching model that Feng Chia University has consistently promoted, jointly promoting students' comprehensive development.

IEET has signed international agreements with many countries since 2003 and has recently been promoted to become a member of the European Network for Accreditation of Engineering Education. This not only enables IEET certification to be recognized by more countries, but also increases the recognition of graduates’ international academic qualifications and enhances their competitiveness in the international workplace.
