Feng Chia University received the Best Course Award and the Best Technology Award from the Ministry of Education for the Massive Open Online Courses Stander Courses.

The Ministry of Education (MOE) has announced the results of the 2021 Massive Open Online Courses Stander Courses, and two Mentor courses, "Building a Mobile APPs" and "Python Programing And Application", have won the Best Course Award.

「Building a Mobile Apps」

The course uses APP Inventor2 as the development environment, leading students to understand the basic structure of programming language, including the core concepts of variable declaration, loop, logic judgment, array, and subroutine.

Course "Basic Practicum in APPs" collaborative taught by Associate Professor Yao-Chen Hung and B.T. Wang won the Best Course Award of the Ministry of Education's Massive Open Online Courses Stander Courses.

「Introduction to Python and Data Science」

The first Massive Open Online Course in Data Science is the course "Introduction to Python and Data Science'', developed by Professor Nien-Lin Hsueh, the Department of Information Engineering in the College of Information Technology. The course was designed from the basics and supported by practical examples to enhance learning effectiveness.

The "Introduction to Python and Data Science", offered by Professor Nien-Lin Hsueh won the Best Course Award and the Best Use of Technology Award from the Ministry of Education for the Massive Open Online Courses Stander Courses.

We believe that the sticking point of teaching innovation will be digital technology. To optimize the digital learning environment, integrate the virtual and real curriculum, ensure the learning effects, and develop cross-sectoral cooperation to promote its application. Since academy year 103rd, we have received subsidies from the Ministry of Education to offer 29 courses for teachers and students, and invite all teachers and students to join the learning process.
