The Chinese Society for Management Of Technology (CSMOT) is committed to scientific and technological management academic research and industry cooperation and exchanges. Dean Lin Fengzhi is a Ph.D. in System Engineering from Case Western Reserve University. He started serving at Feng Chia University in 1999. Dean Lin, who has extensive administrative experience, was once the director of the E-commerce Research Center and the head of the e-commerce digital learning class of the School of Management, Executive Director of EMBA, took over as Dean of EMBA in August 2013, and is also a professor of Marketing.
Dean Lin has invested in information and technology education for a long time, leading students to win many awards in the TIC100 competition, and won the first "Asian START-UP Entrepreneurship Plan Competition", the highest honor of the Best Creative Product Award, and also won the personal encouragement of the head of state. During his tenure as the director of the Electronic Commerce Research Center, he set up Taiwan's first in-service master class for digital learning. In addition, while serving as the director of the Information Volunteer Operations Center of the Ministry of Education, he led more than 100 teams of information volunteers from universities across the country to help improve the basic network communication environment in remote areas and shorten the digital gap between urban and rural areas.
Dean Lin served as the executive director and dean of the EMBA for many years, nurturing nearly 4,000 mid-to-high-level executives, and building the School of Management to become a professional academy of "integration of learning and use", "change on demand", "flexible adjustment" and "cross-field integration", And passed AACSB certification, becoming the favorite EMBA of managers in the central region. In the academic field, he focuses on SME-related research and has published more than 30 SSCI journals and Chinese and English books. In addition to serving as the deputy editor-in-chief of the International Journal of Business and Economics, he has also served as an editorial board member of many SSCI journals and has served as a preparatory member of the European Academy of Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Knowledge seminar for a long time.
