"Farewell The White House" appeared at the Taiwan Film Festival in Boston
The long documentary "Farewell to the White House", which was filmed by Prof. Lee Jiancheng from the General Education Center of our school for 5 years, will soon launch a tour plan. It will not only be screened across Taiwan but will also travel across the ocean from October 3 to 5. It was screened at the Taiwan Film Festival in Boston and shared with local Chinese and American friends.

The content of "Farewell White House" tells the history of the establishment of a "U.S. Army Nutrition Workstation" by the U.S. Army in Shuilin Township, Yunlin County in the 1950s. The building of the research center was pure and white in appearance. The title of the mysterious building is "White House". It mainly conducted medical-related research and experiment. At that time, many Taiwanese were employed. Teacher Li Jiancheng’s father was being employed here, so Mr. Li started to want to record the history of his hometown.
