"Excellent Learning Taichung" Expo Central District's Second Session was Held at Feng Chia University

It has been one year since the implementation of the new syllabus. In order to encourage students to share the results of the course, the Education Bureau of Taichung City has organized four "Excellent Learning Taichung"  Expos. The second event in the district was held at Feng Chia University on May 7. Eight professors from our school were invited to serve as judging committees, who gave comments and feedback to students on their achievements, and selected outstanding works to participate in the Taichung City Expo.

In the second session of the "Excellent Taichung"  Expo, a total of 18 high school and vocational schools participated, 90 students signed up, and 50 dynamic and static works were exhibited.

"Excellent Learning Taichung" Expo is the country’s largest publication of student learning achievements. It covers the exchange of learning achievements of general high school and technical high school students in compulsory, elective and flexible learning courses. It is convenient for teachers, students, parents and parents of all schools. The general public of the syllabus will participate nearby. In combination with this year’s community homogenization plan, the city government divides the participating schools according to the area where each school is located. The district holds 3 sessions. Finally, 3 sessions of excellent works selected are invited to share and share in the fourth session. communicate with.

The host school for the second session is Xinshe High School. President Ou Jingyu said that in addition to Taichung City’s schools, Taichung City’s National Schools, Miaoli County, and Changhua County High Schools were also invited to participate in this session. The Feng Chia University professor who was invited to serve as the reviewer also From a variety of fields, including engineering, business management, human resources and social sciences, architecture and other colleges, different professional fields give students suggestions on learning results. I hope that in the review process, through actual review, understand how high school students show their performance under the 108 syllabus Learning process, so as to think about the selection criteria set by the university, whether it can find the most suitable prospective university students from the information presented in the learning process, so that the education resources of higher education can be connected in the most effective way.

The second session of the "Excellent Learning Taichung" Learning Outcome Expo Central District was held at Feng Chia University. A total of 18 high school vocational schools participated in the results of this exhibition, and a total of 50 works were exhibited, including 18 dynamic works and 32 static works. The works are rich and diverse, and fully demonstrate that under the promotion of the new syllabus of Taichung City, students fully demonstrate the characteristics of "spontaneous", "interactive" and "shared good". The judges also selected 12 dynamic and 24 static works after short lectures or on-site explanations by the students. They will participate in the final event organized by the National Museum of Natural Science on May 22.

The works in the exhibition all show the creativity and intentions of the students, and are well received by the judges.
