Feng Chia University and CTEP Association Have Cooperated Successfully
In order to promote Chinese language teaching in non-Chinese speaking areas, the s.Social of Feng Chia University has contributed money and efforts to cooperate with the CTEP Association for online teaching courses. Starting from February 2021, the length of each episode will be recorded by Carol Huang from the Department of Chinese and Chinese Language Studies. A total of 80 episodes of about 10 minutes of instructional videos provide pilot learning for more than ten Cambodian rural teachers. After two months of online teaching, Cambodian seed teachers, with zero Chinese basics, started from being unfamiliar and confused about the pronunciation of Chinese at the beginning, to reading simple pinyin and can read Chinese, which can be said to be a leap-forward improvement!

The s.School of Feng Chia University contributed money and efforts, and the teaching videos were recorded by Carol Huang from the Chinese Department and the Chinese Language Program.
The s.School invested in online Chinese language teaching. It first cooperated with the non-profit organization of the Youth Charity of Foundation in Thailand. Feng Chia teachers and students provided Chinese language teaching for YCF children who had served, and improved their understanding of Chinese and Chinese culture . Later, due to the epidemic, they were unable to go there. Starting from October 2020, the two groups of Feng Chia students will use computers and the Internet to attend classes in batches with Thai children online every Monday and Tuesday nights. The effect is quite good. Therefore, the "Depu Culture and Education Association", which is applied to Cambodia, which is friendly with us, launched an online Chinese language teaching program.

Although blocked by the epidemic, teachers and students in Feng Chia continue to teach online Chinese for YCF children who have served.
For more than two months, teachers of CTEP online Chinese learning (video) has achieved remarkable results. The project team has also invited Chinese students to participate in the Chinese language program under the planning of the two teachers, Li Xiuling and Wang Huiling, to help revise the homework together. And future video interactions. It can not only enhance the learning of students in the course, but also can incorporate services into internships in the future, and even arrange for students to arrive in Cambodia to do face-to-face Chinese teaching and other volunteer services after the epidemic is over.

In addition to self-study three times a week, the seed teachers of CTEP also need to conduct real-time online teaching and Q & A on-site Q & A every two weeks.
In addition to Thailand and Cambodia, the School of Social Innovation has just begun to cooperate with Mongolian and Belize students in online teaching. Through this experiment, Fengjia and Depu Culture and Education Association will improve the content and teaching methods of the courses. It is hoped that in the near future, Online Chinese Courses will be officially opened to provide better and more advanced courses to the people who are willing to learn Chinese in Southeast Asia and even around the world. High-quality Chinese online teaching courses.
