Professional Master's Program of Business, College of Business Visit Taiwan Miso Brewing Culture Museum and Fengyuan Lacquer Art Museum
In order to practice the spirit of practical business theory, Professional Master's Program of Business, College of Business was led by Director Weng Ciqing to visit two representative enterprises in Taichung Fengyuan-Miso Brewing Cultural Center and Fengyuan Lacquer Art Museum on March 13th.
In the morning itinerary first went to the first miso brewing cultural center in Taiwan. The general manager of Miso Foods Xu Lisheng gave a personal explanation and introduced the culture and business philosophy of miso and the brewing industry in detail. Inside the cultural hall, there are antique-grade cedar barrels used by older generations to make miso, as well as the origin of early brewed food, the history of miso, the types of miso, and a variety of brewed foods such as red yeast rice and soy sauce. During the whole trip, the most special thing is to brew a bottle of your own miso, blend the beauty of the moment with miso, and let time brew it into a unique taste of happiness.

In the afternoon, I visited the first public lacquer art exhibition hall in Taiwan. The lacquer art culture of Taiwan and a wide range of artworks are displayed in the museum. Everything shows the artist's understanding of aesthetics and life, which is breathtaking. The birth of a work is cumbersome and complicated, requiring a lot of energy and time, which perfectly reflects the enthusiasm and attitude of the artists towards life. Whether it is daily necessities, decorative art or the surrounding landscape, you can feel it with your heart that there is nothing in life that is not art.
