Feng Chia University ROSO Robotic Solution Lab held a seminar on March 11. To unveil the "Research and Entrepreneurship Project - Construction and Painting Robot", presented by Feng Chia University teachers, builders, construction companies, contractors, business consultants, and staff of the Ministry of Science and Technology Program Office.

With the efforts of the ROSO team, Taiwan's first "on-site construction robot" demonstrated its painting skills to the audience.

The ROSO team is committed to solving the labor shortage dilemma in the construction industry and developing robotics combined with emerging technologies. The development process has undergone numerous construction plants to validate and adjust different construction in the middle of the project period.

Professor Yu-Ting Sheng, the host of ROSO Lab, mentioned that the team developed TACO BIM robot control and information integration computing technology. Combines BIM and construction processes to enhance the robot's adaptability to the environment and meet complex construction tasks with an intelligent control system.

Professor Sheng introduced how TACO BIM robots can accomplish complex construction tasks through control and information computing technologies.

Due to the labor shortage, the industry was very excited and interested in this new technology, hoping that the team could finish the development as soon as possible and enter the actual site to solve the current labor shortage. Black Warrior no.01. strive to bring the construction painting robot out of the laboratory field and open up the possibility of multiple sites, taking a big step towards intelligence construction.
