In response to the rapid changes in the finance environment, the College of Finance planned a series of financial technology courses. They had released a minor in financial technology since the 108th academic year and linked up with the energy of GLORIA in the second semester of the 110th academic year. Feng Chia, gather universities including National Chenchi University, National Tsing Hua University, Tamkang University, Fu Jen Catholic University, and CTBC Bank Co., Ltd. with the Inter-University Financial Innovation program. Risk and Insurance Research Center Director Yen-Chih Chen opened the course of ''Financial Insurance and Technology'' to introduce the recent development of financial technology and big data, including new payment, investment, insurance technology, blockchain application, artificial intelligence, and digital marketing.

Risk and Insurance Research Center Director Yen-Chih Chen opened the program of Financial Insurance and Technology.

The Financial Innovation program had been the first Inter-University program in Taiwan, more than forty departments of students had participated. Courses combined expertise in financial technology and mentorship of CTBC Bank Co., Ltd. Students get the opportunity to be in CTBC Bank Co., Ltd. financial's internal mechanism. Topics include Financial Technology, Regulation, Insurance Technology, Meta-Universe Finance, Insurance of Finance Information, Blockchain Applications, Financial Information Security, Financial Technology Business Model Workshops, and campus innovation competitions. Not only did CTBC provide high prizes and training opportunities, but had award-winning students with a practical implementation of their proposals. The program will focus on competition learning, innovation, evaluation, validation, and project implementation, to enhance competitiveness in future employment.
